Interested in a paid independent summer research opportunity in environmental science at the University of Colorado - Boulder?
We offer 10 paid summer research internships for Colorado Community College students interested in Environmental Science, Atmospheric Science, Earth Science, Geology, Ecology, Geochemistry, Climate Science, and Geomorphology. These are independent research projects guided by a science mentor.
This opportunity is open to all Colorado community college students.
Dates: 9 weeks (full-time commitment). June 1 – July 31, 2020.
Stipend and Support:
$600 per week for a total of $5,400 over the entire internship period
$50 per week to cover fuel costs for local commuters
Free housing in CU-owned apartments is available for students living outside the Denver Metro area
Application Process: Complete the online application, request Recommendation Packet from one of your instructors, and request an official transcript be sent from your college.
